Research interests
My research focuses on creating a personalized CRISPR-based therapy for cancers residing in the liver. I aim to combine bioinformatics and laboratory research to create a streamlined pipeline for personalized guide RNA design, in-vitro efficacy estimation, off-target assessments, and pre-clinical testing.
