Research interests
My main line of research focuses on investigating the plasticity of Cancer Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) and their role in pancreatic cancer development, with the help of CRISPR/Cas9 screens. We hope to identify genes that drive a switch from a pro-oncogenic to an anti-oncogenic CAF phenotype.
